Due to current laws regarding title/transfer of goods and transportation company policies, we encourage you to first file a freight claim with your carrier.
- The first rule is to deny delivery of freight with obvious external damage.
- The second rule is to check for internal damage and file a claim with no more than 15 days of delivery date.
- The third rule is to check very expensive items for proper operation, such as Plasma Video panels, at the time of delivery in order to avoid unnecessary conflicts with subsequent claims presented to carriers.
