Jason brings over 27 years of industry experience to Sound-Tech, with a knack for technical knowledge and a big picture understanding of how everything works, Jason is an extremely valuable resource for our dealers in all phases of the project. Jason also specializes in all aspects of dealer training and consultation from one on one coaching to go-to market strategy sessions and everything in between. Jason is always willing to share his knowledge and passion for the industry to help you make informed decisions and achieve your vision. Doc sits on multiple advisory panels for our vendors.

Benj is our Territory Manager in the Western part of the Rockies.

He grew up on a steady diet of MTV,  loves music, and is passionate about the products that make listening to music easier and more enjoyable.  Benj was born into the AV business, and has been actively calling on the same territory as a rep. for 27 years and has been with SoundTech for over 17 years.

Benj believes in helping his customers achieve success by being deeply involved in their business.  Outside of work you will find Benj, “at the farm”, working on a project, cooking, listening to music, and sitting by the lake.

Dustin is our Territory Manager covering Arizona, Las Vegas, New Mexico, and El Paso, TX.  He has a passion for the industry and years of experience in account management.  Dustin brings unparalleled enthusiasm to his relationships with dealers and distributor partners and carries innovative solutions and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.

Before joining SoundTech, Dustin spent years at Nice North America and AVAD LLC, where he built strong partnerships, contributed to team growth, and gained invaluable industry insights. These experiences shaped his approach to account management, and he will continue to draw from them to ensure success for SoundTech partners and clients.

When Dustin is not behind the wheel (on the phone) between dealer meetings or sitting in front of a customer you will find him with the top down in his convertible, enjoying the open road, watching IMSA, IRL, F1, or NASCAR races,  at the stadium cheering on the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Rising FC, and spending time with his family which is his number one priority.

Music is another huge part of Dustin’s life. He loves to catch live performances at least once a month and believes that life’s all about enjoying the little things, and is always looking for new adventures to take on.
